Leadership influence skills are no longer a โnice to have;โ they’re essential to skyrocketing your impact, potential, and professional satisfaction โ if you know how to leverage them.
After all, in todayโs world the only constant is change. Companies are restructuring at a rapid pace, so the people in power today may change tomorrow.
