To show you what I'm talking about...
Let me tell you the story of my client, Rebecca.
Rebecca worked so hard…
She ended up in the ER for a heart issue.
She regularly worked 10 hour days as a program manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
She was an individual contributor and didn’t manage people, but was always saying yes to demands from other teams.
Rebecca loved her job. And she wanted to be helpful, but it was literally killing her.
We dug deep into her Responsibility Growth Gap and found imposter syndrome was making her over-commit.
So we worked together to learn skills around saying no, setting boundaries, and delegating.
Now, Rebecca is healthier and working fewer hours. She takes breaks and disconnects and doesn’t feel guilty for it .
She’s enjoying new hobbies like joining a singing group, working out, and volunteering.
